Terms of Service

The plain-language deal: pay for the plan you choose, use the product fairly, and your data stays yours. The details follow.
The service
Park Manager is a map-based task manager for individuals and teams. Your subscription gives your organisation access to the product as described on this site.
Your account
Keep your login credentials safe and your account details accurate. You are responsible for the activity of the members you invite into your organisation.
Plans and billing
Park Manager has a free plan with fixed limits — no card and no time limit. Every plan includes a set number of new pins (tasks and markers) per calendar month, counted from when a pin is added and reset on the 1st; completing or deleting a pin does not give the room back, and the top plan has no limit. On the free plan that number is a ceiling: once it is reached, no further pins can be added until the counter resets or you upgrade. The same applies on paid plans: once the allowance is used up, no further pins can be added until you upgrade or the counter resets. Upgrading takes effect immediately and is prorated. You can also switch on automatic upgrades, which is off unless you turn it on: with it on, we move your subscription up one plan instead of pausing new pins and tell you by email — you are warned at 70% and 90% first, it happens at most once a month, we never move a plan down on our own, and you can switch it off at any time. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through our payment provider (Stripe). You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; mid-period changes are prorated. Listed prices include VAT, so the amount shown is the amount charged; if you enter a valid business VAT number at checkout, VAT is handled by reverse charge and shown separately on the invoice. If a paid subscription ends, your organisation drops back to the free plan's limits — nothing is deleted.
Prices can change, and a change never applies inside a period you have already paid for. Your price is held for 12 months from the day you subscribe; after that we give at least 30 days' notice and any new price starts at your next renewal, so you can always cancel first. Moving to a different plan puts you on that plan's current price.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime, in a click, with no notice period. Your access runs until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give partial refunds, except where the law says otherwise.
Your content
Everything your team puts into Park Manager — tasks, photos, routes — stays yours. You grant us only the technical permission needed to store and process it so the product can work. Don't upload content you have no right to use.
We don't look inside your content except to help you when you ask for support, or where the law or abuse prevention requires it.
Acceptable use
Use Park Manager lawfully. Don't attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, and don't resell access without our written agreement.
Availability
We work to keep Park Manager reliably available, but it is provided "as is" — features may evolve and short interruptions can happen. We will not remove core paid functionality without notifying you.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Suspension
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or remain unpaid, with prior warning where reasonable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia, and disputes belong to the competent courts in Slovenia. Mandatory consumer protections of your country remain unaffected.
Changes to these terms
We'll post changes here and update the date above; material changes are announced to account owners by email. Using Park Manager after a change means you accept it.
