Park Manager

Every job on the map. Nobody has to ask where.

Park Manager is a simple, map-based task manager that scales from your backyard to an entire resort. Every job pinned where it needs doing — on the map or on a plan you upload — assigned, and tracked to done.

No credit card required · Works on any phone · Free plan forever

Built for the people who keep places running

In daily use at

… and for anyone who'd rather see their tasks on a map than in a list.

The problem

Spreadsheets and group chats weren't built for the outdoors.

Real-world work happens in gardens, on sites and across hectares — not at desks. Tools made for offices lose the one thing that matters most out there: where.

Without Park Manager

  • Radio silence on what actually got done today
  • "Where exactly was that again?"
  • Photos of work lost in endless group chats
  • No priorities — the loudest problem wins

With Park Manager

  • Every task pinned to its exact spot on your map
  • Status of all open work visible at a glance
  • Photos attached on site, right on the task
  • Priorities and due dates keep the right jobs first

How it works

From spotted to done, in three steps.

The app's own screens, on the real Bike Park Kope map.

Park Manager works wherever you are — on a phone out on the terrain, on a computer back at the desk. Quick either way, so your time goes into the work rather than into logging it.

What you get

Everything you need, on every plan.

Pins on your own plans

Upload whatever shows the place — a floor plan, a site drawing, a PDF, a shot from the air — then pin tasks straight onto it. Set the scale once by tapping a known distance, and lengths come back in real metres.

PDFs and images up to 25 MB. Multi-page PDFs arrive as pages you can flip through.

  • Map-pinned tasks

Drop a task at the exact spot it belongs. Priorities, statuses, assignees and due dates — all visible at a glance on your terrain.

  • Photo proof from the field

Snap and attach photos right where you stand. Before-and-after evidence lives on the task, not buried in a group chat.

  • Route import

Bring in your existing GPX, KML or GeoJSON files and plan work along the paths, tracks and boundaries you already have.

  • 3D terrain map

See elevation and terrain the way it really is. Satellite, topographic and 3D views help you plan work on real ground.

  • Crew availability & scheduling

Know who is on this week before you assign. Availability and tasks share one calendar, so planning takes minutes.

  • Comments, history & alerts

Every task keeps its full story — comments, status changes, an activity log — and notifies the people who need to know.

Built for your scale

From your backyard to the whole mountain.

If your work has a place, it belongs on your map — one garden bed or a hundred hectares, the tool is the same.

  • Home & Garden

House projects, recurring chores and garden upkeep — pin the leaky gutter on your map, schedule the mowing, plan indoor work on a floor plan.

  • Landscaping

Mowing, planting, irrigation and playgrounds — every site and job on one map, from parks to golf courses.

  • Bike & Ski Resorts

Berms and drainage in summer, lift lines and snowmaking in winter — every season's work on the same map your crew already knows.

  • Construction & Terrain

Building sites, access roads, drainage and fencing — pin tasks on the terrain or straight onto your plans, and keep every project on track.

The honest comparison

Why there's nothing else like this.

Office apps hand you a list and forget the place. Field software built for big contractors costs more per user than this costs per team. Everyone in between ends up with a group chat and a good memory.

What you'd otherwise use

  • A to-do list

It tells you what needs doing, but never where. "Fix the fence" — which fence? Everyone has to ask, or already know.

  • Enterprise field software

Powerful, priced per user, and weeks of onboarding before anyone standing in the field ever opens it.

Park Manager

The same task, pinned on the map or on a plan you upload — so it carries its place with it. Anyone can see where to go without asking.

Use it because your work happens at real places, and every task belongs exactly where the work is. One map anyone can read, and proof on the task the moment it's done.

Unlimited crew on every paid plan — we charge for work, not for people. Field crews work in gangs behind one phone, so counting seats would price the phone, not the business.

A pin is anything you put on a map or plan — a task or a marker. Every plan counts the pins you add during the month, and the counter resets on the 1st; completing or deleting one never gives room back. Reach your plan's number and new pins pause until you upgrade, which takes effect immediately — nothing already recorded is affected.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Park Manager runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. Open it, log in, and your map is there — no app store, no updates to manage.

Does it work out in the field?

Yes — it is made for use on a phone out on the ground, and it works offline. Pin tasks, attach photos and update statuses even with no signal: changes are saved on your phone, queue up and sync automatically the moment you're back in coverage.

What do the plans include?

Every plan includes every feature — plans differ only in numbers, on two axes. Projects: one per client house, site or mountain. Pins: anything you put on a map or plan, counted as you add them and reset on the 1st. Free: 1 project, 20 pins a month, 1 user. Starter: 3 projects, 50 pins. Business: 10 projects, 150 pins. Pro: unlimited. Every paid plan takes your whole crew — there is no per-user math.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There is no contract and no minimum term — cancel in a click and your subscription simply runs out at the end of the billing period.

Can my price go up?

Not for the first 12 months — your price is held from the day you subscribe, and a change never applies inside a period you've already paid for. After that we give at least 30 days' notice and the new price starts at your next renewal, so you can always cancel before it applies. Switching plans puts you on that plan's current price.

Is the free plan really free?

Yes — free forever, no card, no time limit: 20 new pins a month, 1 project, 1 user. When you outgrow it, paid plans start at €9/month and give you far more room. And if a paid subscription ever ends, your account just drops back to the free limits; we don't delete your data.

What can I upload as a plan?

PDFs and images — PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 25 MB each. A floor plan, a site drawing, a garden layout, a shot from the air: whatever shows the place. A multi-page PDF arrives as pages you can flip through, and tasks pin onto a plan exactly as they do on the map. You can upload as many sheets into a project as you like — how many projects you can run is set by your plan.

Can I use it just for my own house and garden?

Absolutely — the Free plan is built for exactly that. Pin jobs around the house and garden, set recurring chores like mowing or gutter cleaning, and upload a floor plan to track indoor projects room by room. Free forever — and if your task list outgrows it, Starter is €9/month.

From the builder

Where this comes from.

We built Park Manager to organise the work at Bike Park Kope: a whole mountain of trails, and always something to maintain. It grew from there.

It made the job far easier. Every task sits in one place — what needs building or fixing, who has it, and when it is due, whether that is a full trail rebuild or a single berm. The crew uses it daily, so we stay on top of the work and nothing is left to the week before opening.

Park Manager is young. Everything described on this page works today — none of it is a promise for later.

If something is missing for your crew, write to me. I read and answer every message myself.
